Honest, Transparent, a Smooth Pleasant Experience

I bought a Lexus LS430 today from Majestic Autos Inc. While the car needs some work, it's 15 years old of course, the price was fair, the fees were very reasonable, but mostly I appreciated the clear, no nonsense sales technique. Definitely a 5-star experience.

My experience at Majestic

Well like everyone else that goes through the process of buying a car.I was hoping for the best,but expecting the worst.So I drive over 2 hours and come to this dealership.It's not a big dealership,but ok I'll give it a shot.I cannot be any happier after buying my car,no buyers remorse,anxiety, nothing Was treated friendly,no pushy bs or trying to press me on a car.Support local business like Majestic auto.In 2021 I will be purchasing a small truck for my company.Thanks again majestic I appreciate the way you treat your customers.

Great Cars at a Great Price

While looking and looking for the right vehicle I happened onto Craigslist and found Majestic Autos Inc. in Longwood,Fl. This dealership had several listing for various vehicle on their lot. My husband and I went there, looked at a few vehicles, there was no stongarming or pushy salesman at this business. Mr. Haroon, took care of us and answered all our questions and let us take the car for a spin, well needless to say we purchased a vehicle and would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a car.

FABULOUS EXPERIENCE

I stopped by Majestic Autos on Christmas Eve. I was allowed to browse without a pushy salesperson hovering over me. Someone was available to answer questions when I needed. They were upfront about vehicles that may need to have a little work done and I felt confident when they told me a certain vehicle was mechanically sound. Aaron the owner agreed to open the following day so I could bring the person I wanted to purchase the car for since she lives in Tampa. I returned Christmas Day, but sadly the car I really had planned on getting had already been sold. I was warned about this Christmas Eve but I figured it would be fine and still there the next morning. The business was very busy and lots of people looking at cars. I think that speaks volumes about their reputation. I found another car that was suitable and was done with paperwork in less than an hour. I received outstanding, personal customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase a car here again. I am very appreciate to Aaron for all his assistance.

I recently purchased a truck from Majestic Auto and had nothing but a great experience! They were honest and willing to work with me. Even though my truck was sold As-Is with no warranty, they went the extra mile and made sure everything was working properly and in prime condition before I drove it off the lot. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle!
